How to be happy during lockdown

As we know, due to this pandemic (COVID-19)our lifestyle changed.. But we should have faith on God, doctors and specially on ownself.. Let's discuss what should be our routine to live happy during this period. This is good time to improve yourself by having luke warm water with ginger juice, lemon and honey in morning. Then after yoga and then take sprouts and after half an hour take breakfast and after this, have a cup of immunity stronger tea which includes (Tulsi leaves, cinnamon powder, black pepper powder,ginger, jaggery)  this tea will boost up your immunity. Start your day with this and with positive energy. You will feel better. Stay safe!! Stay happy.. Pray for the best.. │
